Male Enhancement PillsErectile dysfunction pills are safe for men without cardiovascular or heart diseases. Despite all the side effects, these pills are generally safe to use.

However, they are not safe to use when a person has a history of heart disease and is taking maintenance medicine for said disease.

What an ED pill does is it generates nitric oxide that relaxes and widens an arteries to let more blood flow through it. What most pills for heart disease do is the same as what ED pills do to the arteries.

However, both ED pills and nitrate drugs act on nitric oxide, so they do not mix well in the body. Medical experts agree that the combination of both pills drastically lowers a person’s blood pressure to critical levels. This can lead to heart failure and heart attacks, which is fatal.

This is the reason why doctors, medical experts and the FDA are urging caution to patients who have a history of heart diseases to consult first their physicians before taking ED pills. The risk of a heart attack over a hard-on is simply not worth it.
